Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 2 years of work experience in UI/UX/Front end is preferred. People without prior professional experience but who have done personal projects and are eager to prove themselves are encouraged to apply
∎ Strong experience in Website, Web Application Design. Also, need proper knowledge of iOS and Android mobile application design.
∎ You must have an excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and other design/wireframe tools. Concepts of UI/UX philosophies, material design, contemporary design trends, etc. will be a plus point as well as design software like Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.
∎ Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS and cross-browser compatibility are required.
∎ Understanding of Responsive Web Design & CSS Grid System.
∎ Create final UI screens for several resolutions (if required).
∎ Create video using Adobe Premiere pro or Camtasia.
∎ Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specifications.
∎ Excellent understanding of basic design principles, including, but not limited to typography, color, balance, information hierarchy and attention to details
∎ Design user interface components.
∎ Create graphic design elements for the site (ex: images, sag's, etc.)
∎ Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
∎ Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
∎ Proven work experience in User research.
∎ Familiarity with interaction design & information architecture.
∎ Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
∎ Design UI/UX for Mobile and Web Applications.
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
∎ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
∎ Direct communication with the PM Onsite. Understanding the requirements from the remote is very important.
∎ Deeply passionate about design. You see UX/UI Design as a problem-solving-discipline, not Art
∎ Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
∎ Analyze and extend the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UX
∎ Knowledge of building and maintaining a Design System and deliver design assets to developers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in the relevant area.
∎ A solid portfolio of design work, clearly demonstrating the process you followed and the outcome you achieved.
∎ A solid understanding of UX principles
∎ Strong understanding of UX research
∎ Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing
∎ Knowledge in usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
∎ Ability to communicate fluently in spoken English
∎ Comfort with Agile development process, Figma, Git, and Github
∎ Experience of work with: After Effects/Adobe Premier/Prototype or Blender 3D or other 3D software; as a plus.
∎ Propose ideas by following standard design principles, pattern, typography, design trends, etc.
∎ Develop UI and Front End for brands that make a difference, using modern development principles and approaches.
∎ Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions
