Job Context:
∎ We are a UK-based company looking to expand our offshore development team, and in particular we are in need of an experienced and dependable front-end developer for a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining UI updates to our broad range of websites, and will work closely with our marketing and CRO departments, and our back-end development team.
∎ Our company has over two decades of experience in creating and running very successful and profitable services throughout the UK and internationally. We are a small but growing team, and you will have the opportunity to directly influence and steer the projects you work on.
∎ You must be able to show previous experience of using the latest Bootstrap framework, writing clean code and taking into account user accessibility. It would be very beneficial if you had a good working knowledge of current SEO techniques, CRO and Google Analytics, in order to fully appreciate requirements from our other departments.
∎ You will be required to help build new websites from scratch, paying attention to user experience and also pageload speeds. We are also regularly reviewing our existing portfolio of websites, and updating conversion funnels using CRO testing techniques.
∎ You must be able to quickly translate ideas and sketches into working mobile-first, responsive sites using a combination of HTML5, CSS & JS, most often within the Bootstrap framework. You will be working alongside other front-end developers, API developers, creatives and UX experts to deliver excellent innovative websites and services, across a number of verticals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have their own private office/workspace with reliable & fast internet access
∎ Must be willing to work UK-timezone office hours (9am - 5:30pm)
∎ Must be willing to take part in daily meetings over video call
∎ We have an all-hands daily meeting at 9am, and then occasional ad-hoc meetings as required throughout the day
∎ Must have excellent written and spoken English
∎ Must have good communication and organizational skills
∎ Must be a self-sufficient, hard and reliable worker

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ PHP, MySQL, React

Salary:
