Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting guests: Welcoming guests in a friendly manner
∎ Managing reservations: Managing reservations and booking messages
∎ Processing payments: Processing guest payments and issuing keys to rooms
∎ Providing information: Providing information on amenities, services, and directions to guests
∎ Acting as a liaison: Acting as a liaison between the guest and the rest of the resort, like room service, bellhops, and housekeeping
∎ Providing guidance: Providing guidance and assistance for guests during their stay
∎ Resolving complaints: Resolving guests' complaints and concerns
∎ Maintaining records: Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts
∎ Coordination: Coordinating receipt and delivery of messages for guests
∎ Scheduling repairs: Scheduling repairs in rooms and other parts of the resort
∎ Making suggestions: Making suggestions for entertainment, dining, and other engagements.
