Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways (vacuum, dust, mop, change linens).
∎ 2. Restocking Supplies: Replace used amenities (toiletries, towels, tea/coffee, etc.).
∎ 3. Linen Handling: Collect dirty linen and deliver clean items.
∎ 4. Room Inspection: Check rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and report maintenance issues.
∎ 5. Public Area Cleaning: Clean lobbies, corridors, staircases, and elevators.
∎ 6. Guest Requests: Respond quickly to guest needs like extra towels or pillows.
∎ 7. Lost and Found: Report and handle items left by guests according to hotel policy.
∎ 8. Safety and Sanitation: Follow hotel hygiene protocols and safety procedures.
