Responsibilities & Context:
  •  Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys. ·
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about the property and local attractions.        
  • Reservation Management: Book and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.        
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, finding the best possible resolution.       
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of guest interactions, manage guest folios, and complete daily reports.         
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, manage cash transactions, and balance cash drawers.
  • Coordination: Work with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and address any issues. Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys.
