Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Front Desk Executive, primary role is to provide a positive and professional first impression of the organization to all visitors, clients, and employees. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the office or contacting the organization by phone, email, or in person.Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, make and direct calls to staff members Setting appointments, faxing, maintaining office decorum accordingly Welcome guests by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests Cooperate with employees from all departments Update and maintain information and program tracking Maintain the general filing system and file-up all correspondence Preparation of meetings, office conferences and prepare telephone conferences Willingness to accept the most effective role General administrative and clerical support Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
