Job Responsibilities:
∎ Front Desk Management;
∎ Welcome visitors, keep their details and handle them in a professional manner;
∎ Manage incoming/ Outgoing calls using PABX;
∎ Appointment Management;
∎ Maintain and update contacts and mailing database;
∎ Manage internal and external communication
∎ Maintain employee attendance record of Dhaka Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation;
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Must be very good in verbal communication
∎ Able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office especially on Microsoft excel
∎ Good typing speed in both English & Bengali
∎ Candidates able to use PABX will be preferred
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be negotiated depending on salary history and experience

∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to 50% of the monthly consolidated salary and payable after confirmation of service.
