∎ Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office records, and managing documents.
∎ Office Management: Ensure that the front office area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary office supplies.
∎ Client Communication: Provide basic information to prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, services, and processes.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain a database of student inquiries, appointments, and office visitors.
∎ Support to Team Members: Provide support to the counseling and marketing teams as needed, including assisting with event preparation, promotional activities, and document management.
