  • Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or in customer service, call center get extra privilege
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Should be smart, energetic, amiable and presentable


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Able to make and receive minimum 100 phone calls of customer per day.

  • Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Computer application like Photoshop, Illustrator, Good typing speed , Video Editing skill must needed .  

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Manage visitor logbooks and enforce security protocols.

  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls as required.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for facility-related requests.

  • Ability to work under pressure and need good team work sill.
