Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic guidance and counseling to students and other visitors who are interested to study in abroad.
- Answering phones, managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Providing information about services, programs, or procedures, and answering general inquiries.
- Based on pending call-list, call all students and identify potential students who are interested to study abroad.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions, appointments, or client information.
- Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to manage the flow of information and people at the front desk
- Help digital marketing team to create contents.
