Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospital Management, or any relevant discipline.
  • Professional training in hospital billing or healthcare management will be an added advantage.

  • Age At most 35 years
  • Minimum 3–8 years of practical experience in hospital front desk and billing operations.

  • Previous experience in a reputed hospital or healthcare facility is mandatory.

  • Experience in handling IPD, OPD, and insurance billing will be highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of hospital billing systems and software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership and team management ability.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.

Farazy Hospital Limited, a reputed and fast-growing healthcare institution, is looking for a competent, dedicated, and experienced professional for the following position.

Job Location: Rampura, Banashree, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage front desk operations ensuring smooth patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
  • Oversee hospital billing activities including IPD & OPD billing, final bill preparation, and payment collection.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing, proper documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, accounts, and insurance departments for billing clarification and approvals.
  • Handle patient queries and complaints related to billing and front desk services professionally.
  • Monitor daily cash collection and ensure timely handover to the Accounts Department.
  • Train, guide, and supervise front desk & billing team members.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Ensure excellent patient service and maintain hospital brand standards.
