Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university, an overseas university degree is preferred.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Over 7 years of experience, preferably in the tobacco and processed food industries.
∎ Strong project management skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in SAP or other global ERP systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Entity financial management with focus on free cash flow:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders (Financial Control Group, Demand Planning, GSC, Leaf) to align inputs and achieve Entity Free Cash Flow targets.
∎ Prepare 10-year cash flow projections, work with Treasury on borrowing plans to ensure the right cash position for JTI Bangladesh.
∎ Explore options for balancing Bangladesh Cash delivery based on company targets.
∎ Conduct financial planning and analysis for Annual/Strategic plans (ASP), Strategic Plan confirmation (SPC), Latest Estimates (LE), and Monthly Outlooks (PMM) for Bangladesh.
∎ Define internal budgeting/forecasting schedules, validate, tabulate, and submit data to GPM.
∎ Handle Corporate and Regional reporting requests related to planned data or necessary adjustments.
∎ Monitor and analyze controls and business checks, working with other Finance functions.
∎ Provide variance analysis and reports for FCF & B/S development to stakeholders.
∎ Submit monthly FCF briefs with detailed variance explanations.
∎ Provide financial impact assessments/support as needed.
∎ Support FCF and Entity-related BAP/Memo by transferring knowledge.
∎ Participate in global projects/trainings in Financial Planning/reporting.
∎ Work on Market FCF improvements and other local ad-hoc projects.
∎ Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager/ExCom in Entity FP&A.
∎ Train ExCom and respective functions on Free Cash Flow, explaining its importance and technicality.
∎ Position Purpose:
∎ Responsible for financial planning, analysis, budget control, and compliance checks for the Bangladesh Entity. Executes long- and short-term planning (ASP, SPC) and forecasts (LE, PMM) for items like consolidated Entity P&L, B/S, and FCF/Market FCF. Provides analysis and reporting to stakeholders and participates in key projects (e.g., project FLOW), striving for improvements in FCF workings. Performs ad-hoc analyses for decision-making.
