∎ Technical Trade course in General/Automobile will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Hybrid and conventional vehicles repair and diagnosis.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on using diagnostic tools and scanner.
∎ Sound knowledge on operating vehicle management software, computer literacy.
∎ Skills on Engine & Transmission repair and diagnosis.
∎ Self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently.
∎ Able to working under pressure and meet up tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the progress of each repair order throughout the day and ensure all services are carried out properly.
∎ Conduct both in-progress and final quality check of vehicles
∎ Provide technical support, diagnosis, test drive and service-related matter to the technicians when necessary.
∎ Verify customer complaints and ensure all diagnosis and rectification works are correctly address to the customer complaints to reduce repeat jobs.
∎ Carry out post service follow up to confirm customer satisfaction with the service experience
∎ Ensure proper use and maintenance of diagnostic equipment, special tools and workshop facilities.
∎ Responsible for work place safety, tidiness and discipline.
