Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Currently, we are looking for some young and energetic people for the following position who are fluent in English, have a passion for travel, are graduates from any discipline (including pass course), have 1+ years of full-time formal job experience in any industry, and want to build a career in the tourism industry in Bangladesh :
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provision Period : 15,000 TK per month (Six Months).
∎ Afterwards : 18,000 TK per month, which will be reviewed every year based on performance.
∎ Additional Income : From tips on the tours based on the skills and quality, which will be more than the salary.
∎ Tour Allowance : Yes.
∎ Festival Bonus : 2 (Yearly).
∎ Annual Leave : 2 weeks every year in addition to the public holidays.
