Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage daily showroom activities.
∎ Oversee stock management, including inventory levels and replenishment barcoding , stock in and out meticulously
∎ Set and achieve sales goals and targets for outlets
∎ Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally with store manager
∎ Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
∎ Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
∎ Monitor and control showroom expenses and income
∎ Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.
∎ Ensure the showroom complies with company policies and safety regulations.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized environment for both customers and staff.
