∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Hospitality,Hospital Cafeteria Management
∎ Skills Required: Cash Management, Communication, Hotel and Hospital, Hotel and Hospitality, Manpower management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of canteen functions: food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, food cost, budget, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports inventories and staff training.
∎ Ensure consistently high-quality food and beverage preparation and service
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
∎ Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied patient
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with food & beverage department policies and procedures
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
∎ Suggest employment and termination opinions to management, if needed
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the Higher Management from time to time.

∎ Age 30 to 42 years
