Responsibilities & Context:
Prior experience in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house bar teams is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, Juice Bar service, and hospitality etiquette. POS Software Experiance will be highly apriciate .
Ability to lead and discipline a team in a respectful, culturally appropriate manner.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Experience with POS systems, stock management, and basic budgeting.
Flexible to work evenings, night, weekends, and holidays.
