Job Context:
∎ "Khulshi Mart" is one of the leading Super Store in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Khulshi Mart started its journey in 2006, with the goal to provide residents of Chittagong a shopping experience with uncompromising quality and service.
∎ The main concept of starting Khulshi Mart. is to bring the consumers of all classes of our society under a roof from where they will enjoy shopping in our friendly environment with confidence about the genuine products, freshness, pricing, product packaging, and presentations as well as a contribution on improving life standard.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support customers by answering product and membership service questions.
∎ Take care of the starting points of the store formula like service, store performance.
∎ Ensure top level of customer service and build rapport with customer and maintain.
∎ Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries.
∎ Responsible for always active for customer service.
∎ Need to inform or share to customer about our various special service like-Gift card, membership card, Loyalty, Home delivery, B-Kash, Rocket, Nagad, Flexi load etc.
∎ Give customers service information including product and membership details.
∎ Process service and return transactions at the register in alignment with company's100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
∎ Accept payment for goods, make change, and issue receipts.
∎ Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly.
∎ Support Retail Store Pick-Up (RSPU) by helping them with the receipt of goods and process customer pick-up.
∎ Inform customers of repair options in case of damage to goods bought, and complete repair processing.
∎ Follow disposal guidelines and document retention.
∎ Responsible for free product availability and disbursement to specific purchaser.
∎ Collect new products demand from customer and their feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Understanding of complex information and requirements
∎ Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
∎ Good evaluation skills
∎ Good communications skills - written and verbal
