Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily supervision of drivers and planning of different sectors transportation needs
∎ Compile requests for transportations and prioritize their satisfaction in consultation with the SS Manager;
∎ Ensure proper management of emergency equipment, extinguishers and communication equipment.
∎ Establish a vehicle attribution and control system and make sure that bill for mileage is done (build strong synergy with SCM).
∎ Safeguard service information related to vehicles and drivers.
∎ Plan appropriate vehicle maintenance programs in coordination with Fleet Maintenance & Repair Assistant.
∎ Prepare orders of genuine parts needed for vehicles in coordination with Fleet Maintenance & Repair Assistant.
∎ Update administration on vehicles missing at the request time and that is not reachable.
∎ Follow up of rules and policies for fleet management including Government of Bangladesh traffic and transport rules and regulations.
∎ Make sure that fuel is properly managed and feedback to suppliers/fuel pump station and SCM in case of scarcity.
∎ Submit detailed monthly report to SS Manager (this include one to two page of executive summary report) about the status of fleet management and the next month plan must be included (these reports are consolidated based on the various diagnostic forms such as but not limited to : log sheet, fuel usage, KM usage, repair & maintenance (coordination with Fleet Maintenance and Repair Assistant), overtime, relocation report (asset movement), etc..
∎ Asset management report & verification (twice a year – annually and semiannually), complete and update asset information on monthly basis once the master list is thoroughly completed annually. Submit this report to SS Manager.
∎ File all key vehicles and motorcycle documents (all offices where motorcycles and vehicles are kept and parked at all time). Example such as: blue book, insurance token, house copy, fitness, tax token, road permit and etc..
∎ Ensure all yearly permits of whatever key documents of motorcycle and vehicles are renewed on timely basis. These include ensuring all driver licenses are up to date.
∎ Instruct and orient new drives how to behave with Office Colleagues and International visitors in order to avoid any conflict.
∎ Assist Fleet Management Dept. to maintain all input in order to settle down all fleet related expenses.
∎ Contribute to input on the yearly Fleet strategy, goal and Budget.
∎ Communicate clearly with all drivers about the yearly strategy and goal.
∎ Set a sound and clear performance standard or goal with all the drivers that are SMART and implement Mid-Year and Annual performance review.
∎ Assist for Capacity building and professional development plan of all drivers such as defensive driving and Echo Driving, first aid, fire control etc.
∎ Demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships;
∎ Demonstrate Work and Life balance
∎ Personal and professional development goals consistent with World Vision’s strategic goal
∎ Know and understand appropriate new paradigms in P & C areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Understand Government of Bangladesh Traffic and Transport rules and regulations. Essential

∎ Coordination, negotiation, communication, planning, organizing skills
∎ Knowledge of transport logistics and vehicle mechanics. Desirable

∎ At least 3 years work experience in fleet management/supervisory role or related fields, in a complex, international organization preferably in NGO context. At least 5 years of work experience as driver. Essential
∎ Proven experience as a team player Desirable
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Essential

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
