Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and manage all fleet operations.
Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely servicing, repair, and inspection of all vehicles.
Maintain accurate vehicle logs, registration, insurance, and compliance records.
Manage drivers, including duty allocation, discipline, and performance monitoring.
Develop cost-effective strategies to reduce fuel and maintenance expenses.
Ensure all fleet activities comply with safety and legal standards.
Handle accident reports, claims, and insurance matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
