Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, develop and implement exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues of employees
∎ Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
∎ Ensure the safety of employees during training sessions.
∎ Monitor BMI on a regular basis.
∎ Motivate employees who have reached a plateau in weight loss
∎ Prepare daily health chart and provide safety and hygiene guidelines guidelines to the employee for health development.
∎ Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
∎ Handle nutrition and health-related questions
