Practical knowledge of knit garment construction, measurement, and pattern correction.

Responsibilities & Context
Conduct fit sessions for T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other knit garments.
Check garment fit, balance, drape, and appearance on the approved fit model.
Measure samples according to buyer tech packs and measurement charts.
Identify fit defects, including tightness, looseness, twisting, drag lines, and uneven hems.
Check neck rib, collar, armhole, shoulder, sleeve, and bottom hem fitting.
Prepare clear fit comments and coordinate pattern corrections with the Pattern Master/CAD team.
Recheck revised samples to ensure all fit comments are implemented correctly.
Maintain fit measurement sheets, sample records, and approval status.
Ensure samples meet buyer specifications before submission for approval.
Any other day to day tasks as and when required.
