Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Honors degree. (Engineering background will get more preference).
∎ Must have a Diploma in Fire Safety Manager course from Fire Service Civil Defense.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily fire equipment check & maintain needful action.
∎ Conduct fire drill monthly.
∎ Regular/ weekly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Report to management in case of any risk.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure to Floor Compliance and follow up the Daily Compliance Check List given by the higher authority of compliance department.
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance & welfare issues, health, hygiene & safety; first aid etc.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge of fire hydrant system, sprinkler system and detection system. ( Log sheet maintaining, design, installation, troubleshooting and operation etc.)
∎ Candidate should have knowledge of industrial evacuation.
∎ Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of PA system.
∎ Should have well knowledge on fire equipments and fire fighting.
∎ Regular inspection of fire equipment's as per required by Alliance & Accord Standard.
∎ Ensure the total Fire safety of the factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates should be experienced on Accord/ Alliance guidelines.
∎ Working experience on Fire Protection system, Design and Installation.
∎ Familiar with BNBC and NFPA-72,15,14,70 fire Code.
∎ Skilled in fire pump operation and troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge on Auto CAD and skill on fire system drawing.
∎ Must have good command on Microsoft excel, Word and Power Points.
