BBA /Masters or Equivalent in any discipline or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Internal Auditor) are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

More than 2 year(s) of experience in a compliance role or related field.

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge on NFPA, BNBC, AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, potential and self-motivated officer for the Fire, Safety & Compliance section. Who will be also responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and overseeing adherence to regulations, laws, and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compliance policies and procedures.

• Monitor organizational activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

• Perform regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.

• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage compliance-related correspondence.

• Investigate compliance violations and manage disciplinary actions.

• Supervision of existing active fire detection and protection system of entire building.

• Supervision of existing passive fire protection system of entire building/facility.

• Taking necessary measure on emergency evacuation plans, fire signs and others associated safety requirements.

• Supervision of existing fire zone or compartment, fire exit doors and ceiling design.

• Supervision guideline setup of fire system.

• Training or Knowledge Transfer for local resources on fire protection awareness for safety.

• Coordination and follow-up on fire risk analysis and remedial action.

• Taking action on required number of portable extinguishers are in place in working order.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues.

• Work closely with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance.

• Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and concerns.
