Accounts and audit, Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Financial Consultants, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timeliness of monthly accounting close and accuracy of financial and management reporting
∎ Prepare weekly P&L and monthly financial statements with proper reconciliation of GL
∎ Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and cost allocation
∎ Monitor the day-to-day financial operation and provide mechanical review on the daily business transactions and help the team make the appropriate decision
∎ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
∎ Play a pivotal role in playing various financial automation and system implementation
∎ Remain current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations
∎ Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth, accurate and timely closure of audit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in Advance Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Excellent team leadership with a can-do attitude.
∎ Preferred to have good orientation of modern ERP solution.
∎ Preferred to have good communication skill and the mindset of problem solving and team work.
∎ Fast decision-making mindset in any agile, and accountable situation.
∎ Strength in problem solving, and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven work environment.
