∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Multinational Companies, Financial Consultants

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
∎ Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
∎ Support month-end and year-end close process.
∎ Reconciliation of MIS numbers with system generated reports.
∎ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
∎ Drives financial, operational and regulatory risk mitigation activities.
∎ Engage closely with the Business community to ensure we sell the right credit terms for the right business and with the Customer Service offices to ensure the support processes.
∎ Automation of the MIS with operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in Advance Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Excellent team leadership with a can-do attitude.
∎ Preferred to have good orientation of modern ERP solution.
∎ Preferred to have good communication skill and the mindset of problem solving and team work.
∎ Fast decision-making mindset in any agile, and accountable situation.
∎ Strength in problem solving, and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven work environment.

Salary: Negotiable
