∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential investors.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions of investments, buyouts, and acquisitions.

∎ We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant with a strong background in fundraising to assist our company in securing new funding. This consultant will be responsible for preparing business profiles, creating essential financial documents for investors, identifying and listing potential investors, and actively participating in negotiations and discussions related to business buyouts and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of contacts in the investment community and have experience presenting to and engaging with a range of investors including angels, venture capitalists, personal investors, and institutional financiers.
