Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor budgetary control activities
∎ Preparing budget for projects assigned based on BI Budgeting Guidelines, BI Finance Manual
∎ Working closely with programme and proposal development team to complete the budgeting process within the deadline
∎ To prepare annual budget with monthly or quarterly breakdown well before the beginning of the financial year for submission to the board for approval
∎ Support in developing business plan for Microfinance Programmes
∎ To develop monthly variance report of the budgeted and actual expenses showing the reasons for variance for submission to the board meeting
∎ Keep tracking of pipeline projects
∎ To accomplish any other duties as delegated by supervisors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh Graduate but having Internship with Finance Department will be a plus
∎ Understanding of MF/ NGO operations
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player
∎ Ability to work with cross boarder team and culture
∎ Computer proficiency on MS office
∎ Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
∎ Ability to take independent decisions
