Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, and timely submission of financial reports.
∎ Develop and monitor the annual budget, providing financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
∎ Conduct financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
∎ Oversee the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
∎ Manage administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
∎ Ensure efficient administrative processes and the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.

∎ Provide regular updates on financial performance, HR metrics, and administrative operations.
∎ Oversee IT support services, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are operational and secure.
∎ Work with the IT team to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data security.
∎ Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and effective support for all IT-related issues.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, HR, or administrative roles, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.
