Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the whole accounting system in both modern accounting software and Ledger book approach.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Production Reporter.
∎ Prepare all types of accounting report and submit to top management with in stipulated time.
∎ Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers.
∎ Must be able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system.
∎ Prepare daily bill and ensure daily party transaction.
∎ Managing the correspondence to the sales team, dealer and distributor
∎ Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
∎ Any Other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be HONEST, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.
∎ Good computer skills including use of TALLY or accounting systems
