∎ Masters in Commerce, Financial Management or any other related educational background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will act as Fianancial Manager and S/he responsible for mainting books of Accounts and support project team in planning and budgeting; budget control and regular monitoring of the expenditure trend and share with PM; Financial reporting and preserving all financial documents; Monitor, prepare and checking all procurement documents and process and assist the project team; Comply with GoB and donor requirments also financial guideline of the organization.
∎ Details:
∎ Prepare all kinds of bill/vouchers as required
∎ Banking operation as needed for smooth implementation of program activities.
∎ Maintain and Update the Bank & Cash Book on regular basis
∎ Prepare the bank reconciliation on monthly basis
∎ Prepare financial documents as per requirement
∎ Procurement of need based materials, equipments and stationery
∎ Maintain all types of register like Attendance, Leave, Cheque Issue, Letter Issue, Log Book, Stock register etc.
∎ Liaison with Head Office regarding administrative & financial issues.
∎ Prepare the financial report as required by the Donor and VERC Management
∎ Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
∎ Ensure all types of logistic support for trainees and visitors
∎ Beside these, carry out other administrative and finance relatedjobs Maintain official environment, security guided by the organization policy
∎ Maintain financial management guidelines and policy appropriately
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3-4 years of job experience.
∎ Fluency on English and Bengali both in writing and spoken.
∎ Strong team building capacity and interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office,
∎ Have quick decision making and problem solving capability and to meet deadline.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age and educational qualification would be relaxed. Female candidate are equally encourage to apply.
