Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for financial management of the projects for respective districts;
∎ Responsible for coordinating all the activities related to accounts in respective district under the guidance of Senior Manager (Finance) and Senior Manager (Women's Rights)
∎ Responsible for conducting all sorts of financial monitoring of the project in accordance with the budget in respective district;
∎ Responsible for financial reporting coordinating with the Project Manager (PPJ)
∎ Responsible for performing a supportive role for the interest of smooth project implementation;
∎ Perform any other job as when deemed necessary by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years working experience in accounts and financial management, monitoring and reporting;
∎ Experience in working for multi-donor projects;
∎ Experience of working in development sector especially with Human Rights/Legal Aid Organizations will be considered as an added value;
∎ Strong report writing skills to clearly articulate the issues of interest;
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
∎ Flexibility and problem solving skill for the interest of the project;
∎ Understanding of the development program and legal aid process;
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time;
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member.

Salary: Tk. 27300 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly two festival bonus each equivalent to 50% of consolidated monthly salary to be paid after confirmation.
