Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Accounts
∎ ACCA / CA qualified will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, reviewing financial documents for accuracy, keeping records, systemizing all transactions, and reviewing the financial data to confirm its completeness.
∎ Close monitoring of bank transactions to identify if there is any discrepancy.
∎ Maintaining liaison with R&D, Procurement, and other departments on compliance issues.
∎ Ensure the bills and vouchers submitted and accepted by the management are authentic and properly justified.
∎ Supervising all sort of costing i.e., Product/Shipment costing and review of its systemization
∎ Preparation of monthly financials statements, projected financials and other financial reports as required by the HOF/management.
∎ Reporting to the Head of Finance/Management on significant financial events.
∎ To supervise inventory count and take verification of inventories at sites twice a year.
∎ Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
∎ Maintaining proper bank correspondence and Providing docs & info as required by the bank.
∎ To assist internal/external audit with information, documents and required calculations. work on its recommendations
∎ To work on annual budgets and projected cash flow statement with the coordination of Head of Finance
∎ File Foreign Direct Investment Return on a quarterly basis in accordance with guidelines and regulation given by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Accounts, Budgeting and Cost Control, Business Planning and Budgeting, Finance/ Accounts, VAT Tax Management
∎ Candidate must have a very good communication skill in English as he will be needing to communicate with foreign management frequently.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
