Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 10 Years + experience in finance and / or business control.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to lead business control activities by directly being involved in the operations and supporting the overall consolidation on Construction Technique level. You should through accurate, relevant and timely business & financial analysis, support Construction Technique management in making effective business decisions and secure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Group processes are implemented. Focused areas are business development and planning, business follow-up and business governance.
∎ Be responsible for consolidating statements and performance of the unit
∎ Be familiar with local tax, VAT and legal requirements in Bangladesh
∎ All Journal and adjustment entry in SAP.
∎ Raise "red flags" to the management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk, and consequently propose/initiate and follow-up corrective actions
∎ Be an active part of the management team, being responsible for and promote transparency in facts and figures to ensure a decision process based on adequate and objective information
∎ Initiate/safeguard training in business control, including "The Way We Do Things"
∎ Coordinate the planning process (in line with FAM guidelines) including plans, targets, continuous updated expectancies and scorecards
∎ Monthly project cost follow up and support in product cost and pay-off calculations during the different project phases
∎ Define and closely monitor procedure to ensure good data quality in SAP
∎ Guide timely and prepare pre-calculations for investments in the operations as well as in research and development.
∎ Participate in any upcoming business development projects
∎ Safeguard a professional development for all employees within your area of responsibility.
