Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your mission will be to ensure that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development territory coverage and business analysis.
∎ Implementation of the medical gas division market strategy for BeaconMedaes / Atlas Copco.
∎ Maximize the sales of Medical Gas Equipment and Spares products to our current and new customers within the assigned market through distributors.
∎ Prepare reports for Business Review meetings with divisional Management.
∎ Ensure that the sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation.
∎ Increase the market share in the assigned territory through an efficient and proactive sales approach.
∎ To create new customers by evaluating customer applications & offering solutions best suited to meet Atlas Copco's goal of "sustainable productivity"
∎ Promote efficiently newly launched products (Manifolds, Total Alert Infinity, Oil-Free Medical Air plants).
∎ Develop sales for additional product lines such as the patient environment.
∎ Provide timely and accurate sales and market information with proper analysis.
∎ Enhance and develop a good working relationship with distributors, customers and colleagues.
∎ Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving the agreed business objectives.
∎ Coordinate with existing distributors and provide the required business support.
∎ Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including weekly planning, visit recording, and action reports using the CRM system & Global Quote System.
∎ Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after-sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction.
∎ Consistently achieve targets allocated to him/her.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Candidates with higher experience would be considered for the designation of Sales Manager.
∎ KNOWLEDGE
∎ Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English.
∎ Adequate knowledge of using MS Office tools is required.
∎ Good technical and engineering background.
∎ Familiarity and experience to deal with and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
∎ PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Eager to learn & adapt
∎ Result oriented
∎ Able to work with sales and budget forecasts
