∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Electrical Power Mechatronics, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Electrical Power Mechatronics

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be responsible for:
∎ Providing high-quality after-sales service at Customers' site including maintenance for our equipment.
∎ Maintaining records, troubleshooting, recommendation of spares, guidance and imparting training to operators & mechanics will be the main areas of responsibility.
∎ Coordinate with Service planner for parts supplies & reporting of Service Jobs .
∎ Must coordinate with dealer regularity regarding dealer engineer training, placement & dealer maintaining stock.
∎ Be integral part Organize Service Camps & take initiative at high level.
∎ Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on Atlas Copco air compressors. Also compressed air system components.
∎ Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
∎ Test and document the proper operating parameters of the compressor.
∎ Effectively communicate through written and verbal reports to customer and direct supervision regarding worksite status.
∎ Display the ability to absorb a higher level of learning.
∎ Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
∎ Develop relationships with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ You should have 2 to 6 years of proven hands on experience on handling Service of Air/ Gas compressors or Generators.
∎ A candidate with higher experience can be considered for Sr. positions.
∎ You should have good knowledge of the CT products & Applications.
∎ Good knowledge on Air compressor is must.
∎ Personality requirements: A self-motivated, positive attitude, aggressive person with leadership skills, & be a team player.
∎ Note: Air compressor ,VFD/ VSD, BMS, CCR working experience is preferable.
