Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ FCA/ACA is mandatory for being an eligible candidate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Business Planning and Budgeting, Cost & Management Accounting, Cost and budget, Cost control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review of monthly, quarterly, yearly and statutory accounts with budget variance of the companies under the group
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Supervision of utilization of credit facilities/bank loans of the companies under the group
∎ To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Guide operational accounts and finance team of companies under group on improvement of their day to day accounting and financial activities
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Prepare financial statements.
∎ Perform any other assignments as and when given by Group CFO and management.
