Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
∎ Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
∎ Managing financial reporting, analysis, and presenting reports to senior management.
∎ Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, and optimizing financial resources.
∎ Supervising the accounting team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
∎ Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing streamlined financial procedures.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Additional Requirements:
