Job Context:
∎ Under the guidance and supervision of Finance manager, this post is responsible for day-to-day transaction, review of payment supporting documents data processing while keeping in line with IRC policies and procedures. The Finance clerk will support immediate supervisor manage and maintain country office accounting database. This position also requires close working relationship with Programs, Admin, Human Resources and Supply Chain units.

∎ Contract Length: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care of archiving (filing of financial documents).
∎ Documentation movement between Finance and Sector's coordinator, DDP/DDO for approvals and reviews.
∎ Collect all documents related to the project to archive them correctly.
∎ Scanning daily for reporting purposes all documents relating to the project.
∎ Take care of printing the adjusting journals entries (AJE) and filing / archiving them.
∎ Comparing time sheets from HR Vs Sun actuals charge every 3 months.
∎ On weekly basis Photocopying all NGOB related taxations documentations.
∎ Any other tasks which may be assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience with NGOs /INGO or auditing firms.
∎ Knowledge in Bangladesh Tax and VAT rules and regulations.
∎ Strong computer skills - especially Microsoft excel and experience working with computerized accounting system.
∎ Strong English writing and verbal skills.
∎ Strong accounting knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 32500 (Monthly)
