• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA. 
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (e.g., MBA, M.Com, or equivalent).

• 6 to 8 years

• Age 30 to 42 years

• At least 2–3 years as a Finance Business Partner.
• Experience in one or more relevant sectors such as Cement, Steel, FMCG, Logistics, Engineering, Agro, ICT, or Healthcare.

• Act as the finance lead in cross-functional teams to evaluate business strategies, capital allocation, and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term financial goals.

• Collaborate with business heads to assess commercial opportunities and operational risks, providing financial insights that drive value creation.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned sectors, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows to generate actionable insights for improving profitability, efficiency, and ROI. Develop and monitor sector-specific KPIs.

• Drive cost optimization through operational analysis, strategic sourcing, and process improvements. Benchmark performance against industry standards and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead financial modeling and appraisal of investment opportunities including capex, M&A, and greenfield/brownfield projects. Track performance through post-implementation reviews.

• Support working capital optimization by monitoring and improving key levers such as inventory, receivables, and payables across business units.

• Ensure financial compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with audit and compliance teams to address risk and close control gaps.

• Liaise with BU heads, Group CFO, strategy, supply chain, and IT teams to embed financial insights into decision-making. Present financial updates, risks, and forecasts to senior leadership and boards.
