Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording, maintaining, and managing day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable & receivable of the company.
∎ Coordinating, preparing, and maintaining invoices, arranging documents for fundraising issues / Bank loans procedures, Receivable and payment to identify if there is any discrepancy.
∎ Preparing financial statements, Balance sheet, Close Monthly Financial reports, conducting reconciliation of Banks, payroll and utilities, Closing Customer & Vendor Accounts Monthly within Stipulated Time.
∎ Follow up Internal and External Audit observations and take mitigation plan and ensure liaison with the Auditors.
∎ Work closely with the Commercial & Supply chain processes & ERP software for optimum result.
∎ Sound knowledge of IPPF, IAS, IFRS, Country's laws and regulations, Risk management, Finance & Accounts Acts and Compliance;
∎ Manage and oversee monthly/half yearly/annual TDS, VDS & Annual Tax returns, VAT and meet all other NBR requirements;
∎ Cost-related process review and control, monthly cost settlement and related report preparation and gross profit analysis. Annual budget preparation and cost control for factory.
∎ Responsible for Physical inventory / Stock and fixed assets.
∎ Assist in the preparation of various monthly management reports.
