Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrator or a similar role and prepared to take face challenging situations to gain experience further.
Previous experience of working in a finance function.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, and the desire to engage with new systems and working methods is essential.
Proven skills and experience in communication and general office IT management
Problem solver and can work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Have good knowledge about employment law and good practices in voluntary/ charity sector.
Ensure to be punctual to work and be a good team player and flexible to work in unsocial hours if required.
