• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CA-CC, ACCA part qualified, or CMA) preferred.

• Age 30 to 38 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, TAX, VDS, TDS, and Bangladesh financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally /ERP).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and financial management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Oversee day-to-day accounts & financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tally.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and financial risk.

• Handle tax matters including VAT, VDS, TDS, and return submissions.

• Manage internal audits and ensure financial controls are in place.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain employee financial records.

• Provide financial reporting and strategic analysis to top management.
