Job Context:
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices in Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet. CB is implementing 87 on-going projects covering 209 upazila focusing on six main priorities i.e i) Social Welfare and Community Development, ii) Quality Education, iii) Health Care and Education, iv) Disaster Management, v) Ecological Conservation and Development and vi) Development of Indigenous Peoples.
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) Chattogram Region is looking for suitable candidates (men and women) for immediate appointment as well as to prepare panel list for USAID`s Improving Nutrition through Community -based Approaches (INCA) Activity project. This is a three years Project beginning from May 15, 2017 upto May 14, 2020 which aims to address the high levels of stunting and malnutrition in Four upazila under Lakshmipur (Kamalnagar & Ramgati) and Noakhali (Subarnachari & Hatiya) districts which are based at its Caritas Chattogram Region. The specific objective of this activity is to improve nutritional practices during the first thousand days of life to prevent irreversible stunting.

∎ Job location: Project Cluster/ upazila Offices under Noakhali/ Lakhsmipur District.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum two years of hands on experience in the similar job in any reputed organizations.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the remote areas.
∎ Experience of community mobilization/Behavior Change Communication.
∎ Excellent facilitation skill to conduct training and issue base courtyard sessions.
∎ Experience of supervising and mentoring a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
∎ Planning & capacity building of community groups
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Having problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Understanding of local cultural languages.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000/- per month which is renewable on yearly basis and two bonuses @ 50% of Consolidated Salary per year.
