Responsibilities & Context: Organization Name: Shishur Hashi Social Organization (Since 2017, the organization has been providing medical treatment and rehabilitation services for children with special needs, including cleft lip and cleft palate, clubfoot, cerebral palsy, speech therapy, and related conditions.) Job Location: Cumilla Job Type: Full-time Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure proper implementation of field-level activities. Coordinate effectively with field staff, patients, and guardians; monitor patient follow-up, attendance, and service delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assist in organizing medical camps, outreach programs, and awareness activities. Ensure proper compliance with the organization’s rules, discipline, and policies. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Experience: Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: Good communication and coordination skills.
