Responsibilities & Context: Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for children and identify speech and language disorders; prepare appropriate therapy plans accordingly. Provide pre-operative and post-operative speech therapy for children with cleft lip and cleft palate. Provide therapy services to children with cerebral palsy and other special needs. Provide necessary guidance and home programs to parents/guardians; maintain therapy session records and prepare progress reports; work in coordination with doctors, physiotherapists, and other team members. Participate in awareness programs and medical camps.
