Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain and control the daily income and expenditure accounts of the organization
Prepare, verify and maintain vouchers
Regularly update cash book, bank book and ledger
Prepare bank reconciliation statement
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Financial & Audit Responsibilities:
Prepare budgets and monitor the implementation of approved budgets.
Provide support in all audit-related activities.
Assist in maintaining NGO-related accounts and preparing donor reports.
Monitoring & Field Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor the activities of field supervisors.
Set monthly/quarterly targets for field supervisors.
Verify and evaluate whether the assigned targets have been achieved.
Prepare progress reports on target implementation and inform the management accordingly.
Ensure proper coordination between field operations and financial activities.
Provide necessary guidance and instructions to field supervisors as required.
MBA / M.Com (Accounting) will be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
