Responsibilities & Context: Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a professional kitchen. At least 2–3 years experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef. Strong knowledge of Continental, Asian, and Bangladeshi cuisine. Ability to manage a large kitchen team. Knowledge of food costing and inventory management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and during peak service. Culinary diploma or professional training will be an advantage. Additional Skills (Preferred) Experience in resort / restaurant kitchen management. Knowledge of buffet and event catering. Creativity in menu development.
