Job Circular: Cashier & Waiter

🎓 Educational & Professional Requirements

• Minimum SSC / HSC or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred (for Cashier)
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, or retail environment is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be honest, punctual, well-presentable, and responsible
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Cashier:

• Handle daily cash, card, and mobile banking transactions accurately
• Prepare and issue bills, receipts, and invoices using POS or manual systems
• Maintain and balance daily sales records and cash flow
• Ensure the cash counter is organized, clean, and secure
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during billing

Waiter / Service Staff:

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages politely and efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist in coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery
• Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and hygiene standards at all times
