Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall wear a neat and clean uniform with company ID card while on duty.
∎ Shall remain firm, courteous and efficient at all times in the performance of duties
∎ Shall report to duty on time as per roster and will join daily toolbox meetings.
∎ Shall inspect all the designated client's post within the respective area of operation
∎ Shall ensure briefing on operational discipline to his under command.
∎ Shall establish command and control on security personnel under his command/at his AOR
∎ Shall ensure the security personnel (security guard, senior security guard, security inspector) are on duty on time as per roster and in a proper turn out and bearing.
∎ Shall ensure special briefing/instructions to his on-duty team received from management.
∎ Shall ensure deployed security personnel are maintaining all the policy, procedures and discipline while on duty
∎ Shall ensure on-duty security personnel are marinating all the logs and registers (attendance register, personal timesheet, gate passes etc) properly and efficiently.
∎ Shall meet client's representative daily basis and take feedback of operation performance
∎ Shall assess' performance of deployed security personnel and record any gaps and requirement of training and will report accordingly to Deputy Manager Operation.
∎ Shall ensure all incidents (safety, security and threat of violence) are reported timely.
∎ Shall ensure site security supervisors are maintaining security related emergency procedures during any emergency.
∎ Shall ensure and review shift duty report produced by Site Shift In-Charge which includes but are not limited to guard attendance, leave / absence state, any other special task has been performed or any exception or any incident with detailed report / comments before handing over the duty.
∎ Shall conduct at least two surprise inspections at night time within his area of responsibility and shall sign an individual timesheet/inspection register.
∎ Shall ensure deployed security personnel are patrolling the perimeter as per laid down procedure/SOP.
∎ Shall ensure all related security and safety equipment are functional in case of any non- functionality Site Shift In-Charge is sending immediate report.
∎ Shall deploy security personnel ensure high standards of housekeeping are achieved and maintained within his areas of responsibility.
∎ Shall ensure an effective and efficient channel of security personnel recruitment.
∎ Shall ensure deployment of security personnel and other equipment in case of any new client within the given time frame
∎ Shall ensure proper record keeping of all personnel attendance, absenteeism and overtime and will send the same to Deputy Operation Manage monthly basis
∎ Shall ensure all deployed security personnel have received their salary and overtime as per timesheet and records.
∎ Shall submit proper inspection report as per prescribed reporting
∎ Must be very punctual and report to duty on time, following company policy.
∎ Must promote a ONE TEAM culture within the organization.

∎ Must maintain a proper and professional dress code while on duty.

∎ Must meet all principal clients on a daily basis to establish professional trust.
∎ Inspire and align the total team with honesty and integrity and transparency in all operational activities.
∎ Inspire team members to deliver every task the right way and in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure operational teams continuously improve capabilities of operational efficiency and excellence.
∎ Ensure a prompt response to clients' calls/requirements.
∎ Must ensure a proactive approach to planning customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
∎ Must ensure the accuracy of all documents through proper verification and validation (V & V) of all tasks to all regulatory requirements.
∎ Must be properly oriented with all operational areas, customers, and team members.
∎ Conduct surprise checks of operational activity through unannounced physical visits to clients' sites on a weekly basis.
∎ Must conduct weekly meetings with respective team members and collect operational updates through a prescribed report format.
∎ Shall demonstrate courteous but firm and professional behavior at all times with all customers and stakeholders.
∎ Establish and maintain a proper Chain of Command.
∎ Align with the company's digitalized operational efforts.
∎ Shall ensure immediate reporting and response to all incidents/abnormalities (safety and security).
∎ Must attend all required training/briefing/toolbox sessions organized from time to time.
∎ Must ensure strict adherence to the anti-harassment policy, which includes sexual harassment, verbal abuse, anti-social activities, horse-play, etc., at client premises.
∎ Must adhere to SSSL Personnel Code of Conduct

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
